退換貨政策

Shipping & Order Processing

  1. Shipping Time

    • Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is completed. Pre-order or special items may have different processing times, which will be specified accordingly.
    • If an item is out of stock or there is an issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide further assistance.
  2. Shopping Cart & Inventory

    • Adding an item to the shopping cart does not guarantee a reservation. Inventory is only secured once the checkout process is completed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. General Return Policy

    • Customers in Taiwan are entitled to a 7-day return period in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
    • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the product and place a new order.
    • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size issues or a change of preference), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      • Undergarments, socks, beanies, accessories (such as earrings and rings), skincare, and beauty products.
      • Custom-made or promotional items—please check product details before purchasing.
    • Items that have been transferred or resold by the original purchaser are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Defective or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days and provide clear photos for verification. We will arrange a free return and replacement as soon as possible.
    • Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for free return shipping, and additional costs may apply.
  4. International Orders

    • International orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective. Please carefully check product details and sizing before purchasing.
    • Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
    • Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

How to Request a Return

  1. Return Requests Must Be Submitted via Email

    • Please send your return request to:

    • Your email should include:
      • Order number
      • Product name, color, and size
      • Reason for return (with photos if applicable)
    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ship the item within 3 days after approval.
  2. Return Shipping & Refunds

    • Standard returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and prioritize your request.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

配送與訂單處理

    • 一般商品將於付款完成後 3-5 個工作天內 出貨,若遇預購商品或特殊情況,將另行通知預計出貨時間。
    • 若因商品缺貨、訂單異常等狀況導致無法出貨,我們將主動聯繫您,並提供後續處理方式。
  2. 購物車與庫存保留

    • 將商品放入購物車並不代表已完成購買,庫存僅在結帳完成後才會保留。請務必完成付款,以確保您的訂購權益。

退換貨條件

  1. 一般退換貨規則

    • 根據《消費者保護法》,台灣地區訂單享有 7 天鑑賞期(含例假日)。
    • 退貨商品須保持全新未使用,且原包裝、吊牌完整,以確保您的退貨申請順利處理。
    • 目前我們不提供換貨服務,若需更換尺寸或款式,請先辦理退貨,再重新下單。
    • 若因個人因素(如尺寸不合、個人喜好改變)申請退貨,原訂單的運費 恕不退還,退貨的寄送費用也需由顧客自行負擔。
  2. 不可退換貨商品

    • 為確保商品衛生與品質,以下商品售出後恕不接受退換貨
      • 內衣褲、襪類、毛帽、飾品(耳環、戒指等)、護膚品、美妝用品等。
      • 客製化商品及特定優惠商品,請於購買前詳閱商品資訊。
    • 若商品經 轉售、轉讓,或持有者非原始訂購人,恕不受理退換貨申請。
  3. 瑕疵與錯誤出貨

    • 若您收到的商品有瑕疵或與訂單不符,請於 7 天內 聯繫客服,並提供清晰照片作為證明。我們將盡快為您安排免費退貨與換貨服務。
    • 若超過 7 天 才提出申請,可能會影響判定標準,運費也將需由顧客負擔,敬請見諒。
  4. 國際訂單

    • 除商品瑕疵外,國際訂單恕不接受退換貨,請在購買前仔細確認商品資訊與尺寸。
    • 若退貨包裹在寄送過程中遺失或損壞,相關風險將由訂購者承擔,建議使用可追蹤的運送方式。
    • 關稅與進口稅 由收件國當地海關決定,顧客需自行負擔。

退貨申請流程

  1. 如何申請退貨

    • 退貨申請僅接受 客服信箱 受理,請將退貨申請郵件寄至:

    • 請在信件內提供以下資訊
      • 訂單號碼
      • 退貨商品名稱、顏色、尺寸
      • 退貨原因(如商品瑕疵請附上照片)
    • 請務必於收到商品後 7 天內 提出申請,客服確認後將提供退貨指引。請於收到通知後 3 天內 寄回,逾期視同放棄退貨權益。
  2. 退貨運費與退款

    • 一般退貨:顧客需負擔退貨運費,原訂單的運費也不予退還。
    • 瑕疵或錯誤出貨:我們將承擔退貨運費,並優先處理您的申請。
    • 退款將於退貨商品檢查通過後 5-7 個工作天內 退回您的原付款方式(信用卡/銀行轉帳/電子支付)。
